Ice Water Mansion was formed back in 1978 by drummer Charlie Austin. The band’s lineup of members had numerous changes throughout its early years and there is little documentation available to be able to tell who was playing at what times from 1978 to 1983.
Elmira natives Jimmy Cacala played drums for Ice Water Mansion as well as Mark Dewey on lead guitar.
In July of 2009, Lonny, Glenn, Ken and Brian got together and played through a lot of the old original material. Needless to say one thing has led to another and the guys have decided to do one more show at the Illusions nightclub – outdoors – under the stars in downtown Hornell, NY. on August 29, 2009.
As for any further information about where this might go……. Yesterday is History, tomorrow is mystery and today August 29th 2009 is a gift………

Wow, it seems like I was really, really young when Ice Water Mansion was around…wait…I was! That was way back in the beginning, right Char?! I would really love to see Jimmy Cacala and Mark Dewey with them at the reunion. Maybe they will show up and play anyway. Right guys?
